Major plant, such as chillers, air handling units, cooling towers and boilers etc. are usually found in difficult to access areas of the building like awkward parts of a roof or tucked away in a basement.

Carrying out the successful replacement (or in some cases refurbishment) of these major items of plant, calls for a great deal of knowledge and expertise. Closing off a road and craning chillers, weighing thousands of kilograms onto the roof of a building or breaking them down into small modules for site erection in basement plant rooms requires experience and know how.
